Do you lend money or provide banking services?
No. We advise on business finance and work alongside banking and finance partners on facilities our clients need. The facility itself always sits with the institution.
How do I register for an assessment?
Create an account from the Register page. A User ID in the format USR10001 is generated automatically and emailed to you; that User ID and your password are what you sign in with.
How long is an exam, and what happens if I run out of time?
Each exam carries its own duration, typically 45 minutes. The countdown is enforced by the server, not your browser: if time runs out the attempt is submitted and scored automatically, whether or not the page is still open.
Can I pause an exam and come back to it?
You can return to an attempt that is still in progress and it will resume where you left off, but the clock does not pause. The deadline is fixed from the moment you start.
When do I see my result?
Immediately after submission. The result screen shows your score, percentage, correct and wrong answers, and the time taken.
What happens to my enquiry after I submit it?
You get a reference code on screen and by email. The enquiry is recorded and assigned to a consultant, who will contact you within one working day.
