Terms & Conditions
This page states the operating rules the platform enforces in code. The binding contractual terms need to be supplied and approved before launch.
Accounts
Each account belongs to one person. Your User ID is issued once, is never reassigned, and identifies you when you sign in. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
Assessments
Each exam has a fixed duration and a set number of permitted attempts. The countdown is enforced by our servers: an attempt that reaches its deadline is submitted and scored as it stands, whether or not your browser is open. Only one attempt at a given exam may be in progress at a time.
Attempting to interfere with the assessment — sharing questions, using another person's account, or automating submissions — may result in your account being suspended and your results being voided.
Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.
Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where an assessment window is affected.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email.
